Executive vice presidents Geoff Chatas, EVP and Chief Financial Officer, Provost Laurie McCauley and Dr. Marschall Runge, EVP for Medical Affairs, provided opening remarks. Workplace Behaviors Poll We conducted a poll to determine workplace behaviors that represent the values from 3/1 – 3/17/2023. We received 781 responses. Thank you for your participation. Third Pulse Poll Our third pulse poll ran from 10/24 – 10/28/2022. We received 2996 responses. Thank you for your participation. Second Culture Journey Community AssemblyWednesday, September 28, 2022 Community input has been key in shaping work to strengthen U-M’s workplace culture and identify a set of unifying shared values. This virtual community assembly provided updates on the university’s Culture Journey and its next steps. Featured speakers included President Mary Sue Coleman, Provost Laurie McCauley, Chief Organizational Learning Officer Sonya Jacobs and other campus partners. They shared how this work is progressing, what has been learned so far and how faculty and staff can engage in the next stage of the journey. View the presentation slide deck.
